Daniel oversees all of Google's strategic partnerships worldwide, working with Google partners to grow their businesses with Google products across all platforms, whether desktop, mobile or connected devices. His team’s activities range from inventory monetization, to mobile, commerce, travel and payments across the company. As of September 1st, 2017, Daniel has also assumed responsibility for Google’s Retail and Shopping activities worldwide.
Prior to running Google's partnerships, Daniel was President of Google’s sales and operations for the Asia Pacific region based out of Tokyo, and prior to that, for Latin America sales.
Daniel sits on the Board of Directors of Select Comfort (Nasdaq: SCSS), a Minnesota Corporation. He holds dual degrees from Harvard University: an MBA from Harvard Business School and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and German, and is proficient in Russian
