Cooper is a research director at L2 Inc., a Gartner company that benchmarks the digital performance of consumer brands. He joined L2 in 2017 to lead the firm's research and strategy work around Amazon, advising brands about e-commerce distribution. Cooper has additional client experience in retail and has published research on topics including grocery, shopping cart abandonment, gray market distribution, private label manufacturing, voice commerce, and last-mile delivery. He studied at Harvard University and has been featured in the New York Times, CNBC, CNN, and USA Today, among others.
