Nick Vlahos is the Chief Executive Officer of The Honest Company, which was launched in 2012 with a mission to inspire and empower people to live a happy and healthy life.

The Honest Company provides 100+ trusted and delightful products across a wide range of consumer categories, including baby, personal care, home care. Honest Beauty is a comprehensive prestige skincare, makeup and haircare collection created with the same Honest standards of performance that are the hallmark of The Honest Company. Honest products are available across the U.S. via Honest.com and HonestBeauty.com and at more than 13,000+ retail locations in North America.

Since its inception, the mission-driven Company has donated over twelve million products and over 13,500 employee volunteer hours through its Honest to Goodness program. Honest has been honored with a wide range of recognitions and awards, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year  – Los Angeles Region, ACG Award for Social Responsibility, PC Magazine’s Seal of Consumer Approval in Tech, an Allure Best of Beauty Award, as well as the Pioneer in Sustainability Award by the Sustainable Business Council of Los Angeles.

Nick, who is also a member of The Honest Company’s board of directors, is responsible for overseeing the Company’s continuing accelerated growth agenda with a focus on innovation, retail distribution, digital marketing and global expansion. Prior to joining The Honest Company, Nick served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Clorox Company, where he was responsible for approximately $3B in sales for the company’s Household and Lifestyle segment, as well as direct responsibility for five Global Functions: Sales, Marketing, R&D, I.T. and Product Supply.

At Clorox, Nick was instrumental in driving domestic and international growth for major portfolio brands such as Burt's Bees, which he built into a global leader in the natural personal care industry with a presence in 40 countries. He also previously held the role of Vice President – General Manager of Laundry, Brita and Green Works. Nick is a member of the Board of Directors for the Grocery Manufacturers Association’s Industry Affairs Council, a Board Advisor for Tillamook Dairy and previously served on the board of the Natural Productions Association, a leading North American industry group supporting the interests of the natural products industry and consumers.
