Previously Brian lead strategy, marketing, and ecosystem at SAP Hybris, driving next generation commerce and customer engagement solutions. During his tenure at hybris, hybris went from a small independent eCommerce platform to the market leading omnichannel solution across B2C, B2B, and many industries.
Previous to SAP & hybris, Brian was a Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, authoring many market defining reports in eCommerce and omni-channel. Brian has also held senior roles at Expedia.com, Amazon.com, Otto Group, and Eddie Bauer.
