CEO & President, Coach
Joshua Schulman was appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of Coach in June 2017. In this role, Mr. Schulman leads the Coach brand vision and is responsible for the creation and execution of all brand strategies and operations globally.
Prior to joining Coach, Mr. Schulman held the position of President of Bergdorf Goodman & NMG International at Neiman Marcus Group. He joined NMG as President of Bergdorf Goodman in 2014 and assumed additional responsibility over the group's international operations after spearheading the acquisition of MyTheresa.com, the Munich-based global luxury e-commerce retailer.
Mr. Schulman previously served as CEO of Jimmy Choo from 2007 to 2012, during which he led a multi-channel transformation of the brand across product categories, channels and geographies. During his tenure, he grew the brand’s presence to 140 stores in 32 countries, while building the brand’s e-commerce site into the largest global point of sale.
Prior to his tenure at Jimmy Choo, Mr. Schulman served concurrently as Managing Director/International Strategic Alliances and SVP/ International Merchandising at Gap Inc.
From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Schulman held various positions at Gucci Group. From 1997 to 2000, he served as Worldwide Director/Women’s Ready to Wear for Gucci, based between New York and Florence. From 2000-2005, he was based in Paris as EVP/ Worldwide Merchandising and Sales for Yves Saint Laurent.
Earlier, Mr. Schulman served as Vice President/Director of Sales and Marketing for Richard Tyler, and as an Account Executive at Marc Jacobs at Perry Ellis.
Mr. Schulman was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and attended New York University and Parsons School of Design.
