Mark is a leader in the customer experience and product design world. He leads the Digital Experience Design group for Panera Bread. His mission, simply put, is to deliver speed and joy to every customer in every interaction. He is a passionate believer in the power of great cross-disciplinary teams to craft products and services which elevate the human condition and drive market performance.
Previously Mark served as Head of Experience Design for SapientNitro’s Boston office. He led inspired and managed 30+ members of the design studio setting the vision for clients such as CVS, L.L. Bean, Keurig, The Boston Globe, CNN, Wall Street Journal, Voya, TIAA Cref, The Hartford, and Staples. Mark helped the team craft human-centered, compelling experiences that influence behavior and add value to people’s lives. As an additional outlet for his passion around design thinking, Mark writes, instructs and speaks on customer engagement.
