SVP of Customer Experience, Nordstrom
Shea Jensen was named Senior Vice President of Customer Experience in January, 2016. In this role, Shea and her team support programs and capabilities centered on Omni Channel and the Full Price Customer Experience, including Nordstrom’s styling program, alterations & tailoring as well as several digitally enabled programs such as Buy Online & Pickup in Store and Style Boards. Shea has also aided in the development and launch of the company’s Nordstrom Local service concept in Los Angeles, CA.
Since beginning her career with Nordstrom in 1990, Shea has acquired a wealth of expertise and knowledge in store leadership, customer engagement and merchandising. Having held leadership positions across the company within the Buying Office, time as Department and Store Managers both at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores, along with serving as an online merchandising manager, Shea brings an incomparable and holistic view of how to serve the Nordstrom customer on their terms.
