Helen Vaid has been the Global Chief Customer Officer of Pizza Hut, Inc. Ms. Vaid oversees the transformation of the Pizza Hut in-restaurant and digital customer experience by overseeing development of capabilities that help customers have a seamless experience wherever they are and however they interact with the brand. Most recently she served as Vice President, Digital Store Operations & Experience at Wal-Mart. As Vice President of Digital Store Operations and Experience at Walmart eCommerce, Helen was responsible for running the day to day US eCommerce gross merchandise value for all platforms, including traffic management and marketing spend, site merchandising, content & creative, omnichannel program management and integration with stores, shipping programs and recovery, consumer services, analytics and multivariate testing and roadmap planning and coordination. In her role at Walmart eCommerce, Helen oversaw a multitude of different teams that keep Walmart’s digital storefront at prime condition for customers.    Previously, Helen was also the Vice President at Walmart eCommerce for customer experience, for both the web and mobile platforms. Prior to Walmart eCommerce, she was the Vice President and General Manager for Snapfish WW and Web Platform for Hewlett-Packard.    Helen has her MBA in International Business and Marketing from Manchester Business School and her Bachelor’s with Honors in Change Management and Organizational Behavior.
